why on your servers does gohan not have his masenko and piccolo doesnt have his skattering beam? Are there anyother moves you removed?

i have had someproblems like that, probably a small bug, im not smart in the puter department but it might have somehtin to do from where the server is being generated from(ex:west,east,central)
