ESF-World

[DJ-Ready]

Just to let everyone know, especially since FileFront and HL2Files and such will go down in a few days ...
I'm working a lot on the new ESF-World website theese days and it should be done in a matter of weeks (actually there is a specific release date for the site but that has other non ESF related reasons ;P)

However, I don't have all the "new" files that has been released since it went down (the ones that were/are not hosted there basically) and they are all on hl2files/filefront.
Any volunteers out there who feel like gathering them so I can add them to ESF-W when its back up? ;P If not, they'll be lost since I don't have the time to do it by the 30th.

edit: Just looked around in http://halflife2.filefront.com/files/Half-Life/Mods/Multiplayer/Earth_Special_Forces/v1.2.x;7691. There are no new files hosted there.

Wouldn't it be easier (since it's hosted on the same server) to make esforces.com into the new ESF-World? Since it was barely used when it was working .

Either way, hl2files/filefront may go down. But currently, all files are being downloaded of all network sites by a group of people. Thus all files will not be lost.

Gamers-Desire and Esforces are two separate networks. One is a german based network, and the other is an english based network. I don't see why we'd merge with Gamers-Desire. Besides, Gamers-Desire isn't just for ESF.

...again, Gamers-Desire isn't an ESF based network, it's based off of other games as well.
