1. Welcome to the Forums
2. Read the AUP, stickies, and use the search button, chances are there is a question you have that might have already been answered.
3. First download and install steam, then dl your counter strike into steam, then dl and install esf beta 1.2 and it will install into valve/steam/steamapps/blah blah/counterstrike if it doesn't search for it in the browse section of the installer. then do the same for esf 1.2.1
