Esf won't work.. the game juste wont start

i have installed steam, then half life in the directory : F:\jeuxhalf-life..
then esf 1,3 open beta in :F:\jeuxhalf-life.

I tried to start the game it wont work...

then i read about how to install it on this forum...

when i installed steam... there is no directory such as (username)
so where to install half life then?

tell me the steps to install it correctly...

You get the directories you need once you register your half life CD-key to STEAm and install Half Life from STEAM itself. Ofcourse in order to do that you need a legal half life. Basicaly a Half Life you bought. Allso the username directory isnt actually called username. It has the same name as your STEAM accounts username.
