One question... What exactly is spamming and flaming.
I suppose that it has to do with insulting eachother etc. but why is the quoted sentence spam than?

flaming is insulting or putting down, etc and spam is posting stuff for no real reason (at least on these forums). Also spam can be advertisements in your email that are sent to tons of people etc.

i'm pretty sure he knows what they mean, i think what he meant was why are they called spam and flame rather than turkey and ice for instance.
