Someone said to me that it just disappears once in a while maybe someone should sticky this or make the info available in another sticky.

It disappears when the TS server restarts, but its never gone for a longer period of time.

Ofcourse there may be some forum themes that dont have it on.

It can't just be on the TS restart Grega, cause I was in the server when it wasn't showing up on the forum and had been for an hour or so prior.

I have, I asked him about it when it happen. He was the one that told me it happens randomly and he doesn't know why yet.

It is "possible" it might disappear when it cannot connect to the TS server (possible ESF server blocked by the TS server for constant activity check). But, that's uncertain.
