ESF Hamachi

I just want to play ESF with my friend, all I know is dedicated server is not working, Tunngle doesn't even start up, and Hamachi is the only thing I've actually seen work (I tried hamachi with a game called Little Figher 2, not with esf but somebody suggested it). So can anyone tell me how to host a server on hamachi step by step so my friend can join??? (i don't care if other people can't join, as long as my friend can)

create a new server in ESF, then go too the setting and select LAN game. get your friend to look in the servers list and you technically be there. i don't actually know i dont have friends that play esf so i cant test :/ whats your hamachi?
