Description：
This plugin is made for ESF/EVM, it allows you to use a special attack named 'Evil Containment Wave' when your character is Piccolo Powered-up.

Usage:
You must select character Piccolo and transform, then you just aim at the guy whom you can not bear. the next step is just to press the button 'Shift' then you made it!(the target will be locked by the ricecooker for three minutes)

known Bug: if the guy whom is being attacked by EvilContainmentWave quit the server, EvilContainmentWave will not stop until the whole steps have been worked through.
