What about them?
I think he's concerned about PhysX(or not?). But as far as I know , if your GPU doesn't support it, the CPU will process it

That is correct. If the GPU doesnt have support for PhysX, then the CPU takes that role.

But the PhysX as it's used for ESF:F shouldn't stress CPU that much am I right?

Havok technology is better.. used in any game.. ex: Battlefield 3,Darksiders2,Assassin's Creed Series,Call of Duty®: Black Ops II,Guild Wars 2 etc.
