ESF and CS HELP!

okay...this isnt a major problem, but it can get really annoying so I just wanna know how to fix it.

Problem: whenever I finish on a server of CS or ESF I have no problems but then when I exit that server and try to join another one it just freezes...the only way I can play again is if I quit the game then join the server...it happens when I make LAN games too...Ive got a screenshot of it freezing too...help?

I got that to sometimes i just join a server and when i'm in a server and i quit or i couldn't conect and i try to connect again yit freezes do you have windows xp pro?? cause i never had problems when i had windows 98 but that was a long long time ago
