i found it, but in esf 1.3 it dont need any patch like ecx+rc2 or bigpack 8.4

ECX is an addon, it's not even officially made by the ESF team. Besides, ESF v1.3 is very unstable and is merely to show everything the changes, progress and features planned in the final version. But a lot of things has changed in the last months. ECX cannot be used with v1.3.

ECX isnt a patch. Its got nothing to do with ESF. Its a seperate project alltogether.
