Error problem

Everytime I try to get into an esf server like ZR east server I get this error

Error verifying STEAM UserID Ticket(server was
unable to contact the authentication server)

How can i fix this because I went to steams settings and it said successful with connecting to authentication server, whats wrong????????:cry:
