I'm not sure why you felt the need to cry about the ending again when everyone understands it was ****ty, but alright.
How did the Protheans do "the whole keeper bit", anyway? The Keepers preceded the Protheans by millions of years and were created by whomever or whatever created the Reapers.
Also, I don't understand how you can cast Mass Effect to the wayside when it easily had a better story than the second and third, not to mention a logical ending. ME2 was saved only by its characters, and was plagued by a lack of direction and an abortion of an ending culminating with fighting a 20m tall manbot. Did no ones alarms go off after playing 2 in regards to the direction ME was heading? Cause I was concerned. And you know what? Plotholes and vague ending aside, I thought ME3 was a superior experience to 1 and 2, and the ending didn't really blunt the journey for me. The 3rd was all about sacrifice, and I hoped I was going to die by the end. The means by which I die and the consequences of my actions are currently beyond understanding, because they were probably on DMT when they wrote the ending, but you know what? I'm good. Mission accomplished. I'm dead, and I don't care what happens after. Unless I turn into a starchild and go around trying to save the various races, I'm content with the future being obscured.
Also, I absolutely love how every ******* on the internet is screaming DEUX EX MACHINA like they know what it even means. All of you, shut up. Goddamn. If you have an actual argument against, by all means, lay it out. Just stop regurgitating key phrases as if that, in itself, has meaning or relevance.
