Make either an installation file with an installer that is guarenteed not to expire and also please give a ZIP version of ESF's latest and coming versions as well.

What do you want?! They give you the installers of the latest version in an easy-to-use file with practically automatic installation. As for future versions, they'll release them when they're ready, no point in doing it sooner because it won't be finished.

zip and rars don't shrink it so much , winace should be used if anything get's compressed like that for a notable shrink in size

he mean's that he wants esf in a zip/rar file, i want 1.2.3 in a rar anyway so i dont have to ruin the mod for only a level.
