DREAMWEAVER! Help - hyperlink problem

Hello,

I just need a little help, I am not a noob at dreamweaver i'm just very confused... i try and put a link on something (a link to another webpage) and then when i go to the site the URL is like... well say my website was like.....

yoyolol.com...
and i wanted to link to

crapcraplol.com...

It would come up like this for some reason

yoyolol.com/www.cracraplol.com .. its retarded i cant figure it out... :S
