Download problems

Being deprived of a fast connection I have the problem of trying to download ESF 1.1. I don't want to download the whole thing when there is a patch there under half the size but the patch takes more than 2 hours.. usually this wouldn't be a problem (I get disconnected every 2 hours) but none of the mirrors allow for download managers. Anyone have another mirror or something to help me?

My download manager won't work either, so do what I'm doing.
Find a friend with a high speed connection (hopefully you know someone like that) to copy the file onto a CD for you.

I see what you mean but there's not many people I know who can do that for me, most of them live a fairly long way away. Well, I suppose eventually there'll be more mirrors, just have to be patient
