Please don't double post, edit your previous post if you need to add something. And please resize/remove your signature's image as well... the allowed dimensions are 600x200 and yours goes way above that.

As for your problem, (apart from using downloading agents such as 'Download Accelerator' and 'Getright') try using a different mirror/download location to download your file. The different mirror locations for ESF can be found here. A quick search on google will provide you with plenty of sources as well.
