Doom 3?

Is Doom 3 really all that good? Should I buy it? How good is it 1/10? 10/10??

I just beat it and I have to say I give it a 7/10. The graphics are nice, the lighting is AMAZING the computer monitors and just to cool and I really like the flashlight even tho a few dont. The story is terribly dry but the gameplay is still good, level design is really nice aswell, you never feel like you are in the same place twice. If you have all the lights off at night and turn up the volume it can really give you a good scare aswell. I can not wait to see more games using the doom 3 engine.

I agree pretty wholeheartedly with Hsu. I mean, just on looks and experience alone it is worth a buy--just to see it in motion is something that has to be seen to really be believed.
