Disable kill-command

Hey ESF Coders ... (i don't know if this is only a suggestion ... but the main reason is coding)
Is it possible to disable the kill command in console ???

I think it's unfair to suicide when you've got only a few HP left ...
A few guys kill self and the other dont get frags ...
Others kill self to get a higher PL (sometimes it works)(reason: http://www.esforces.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11213) ...

i dont use it that often but i only use it when i get stuck. Half the fun of playing these types of games are to get good scores so killing yourself kinda defeats the point.
