Yeah but Vegeta only turned into the ape when he was evil (although he was evil throughout most of the anime this was the beginning where he was a villain) So logically the ape form would be a move useable by the evil Vegeta supposing they split the characters.

vegeta didnt lose his tail intill later on in the episodes though... and it has to be surgically removed... but even if so they reget tails in the GT episodes when they go ssj4... so in theory they never lose their tails... they can go ape form by will. just for gameplay purposes though good vegeta has ape to resemble somewhat of the storyline and majin has majin power.

No he lost his tail when Yajirobe cut it off whilst he was battling Goku, Krillin and Gohan, in the saiyan saga. As far as we know he doesn't grow it back however Gohan grows his tail back a number of times as does Goku in the first dragonball and like you say they also grow tails in GT.
Anyway I had a whole bunch of other stuff to say but this is completely off-topic so I won't bother, back on-topic a descending animation for frieza could be him slowly sucking in his power showing that he is compressing it into his previous form.

Krillin never ascended, the trans' they added in the game was made up so that Krillin would be a balanced character, so of course he can descend, you say it would be stupid for his hair to dissapear, don't you think it's strange that it just appears in the first place?

Anyway, you didn't clear up the Piccolo thing;

Pre-Dragonball:
-A Namek came to earth, you do not know his name
-He went to the lookout to talk to the Kami
-The Kami said that there was too much evil in the Nameks heart
-The Namek creates the blackstar dragonballs
-The Namek doesn't split in two, but removes all the evil from his body in the form of another Namek, this is Evil Lord Piccolo.
-The Namek wins against Garlic for the title of Kami, he takes the name Kami.
-He seals the blackstar dragonballs in the lookout.
-He creates the new dragonballs (red stars)

Dragonball
-Evil Lord Piccolo is killed by Goku. Before he dies he pours his essence into an egg.
-The egg hatches, this new Namek is called Piccolo.

DBZ:
-Piccolo fuses with Nail, keeps the name Piccolo.
-Piccolo fuses with Kami, making them the original Namek from the start, however he does not remember his name, so keeps the name Piccolo.

Long story short: Piccolo can divide and fuse as he want's so he should be able to descend

the black dragon balls are in GT not dragonball... created by the black galaxy dragon. GT = galaxy tour. they have to search many planets/galaxy for the dragon. the only one that can get them all fast enough is goku's insta transmission.

anywho, piccolo cannot refuse nail, because nails body is dead (from frieza). he absorbed his soul... his personality and ki (power). he cannot refuse kami again; as his "heart" has become good and not evil any more. plus if he tried to refuse kami again then he would be way weaker (and could harm gohan that he loves). he never refuses him in the later episodes of gt so in a way he never descends. plus kami didnt tell piccolo that once they fuse, piccolo would become different and not be able to de-fuse; as they are the same person.

the dragonballs are because of kami and piccolo. they were in the cartoon before piccolo aka granpa's dragonball.

so any way like i said piccolo cannot defuse or ever descends.
krillian got hair from waiting and gaining ki and putting hair growth products on his head. to lose his hair when he descends is kinda funny. but what ever for gameplay purposes i dont care, i was just saying it was funny to lose his hair.

for real teams on purposes there should be evil buu and on the good team fat good buu. this would stop the transformation and worry about descending and ascending.

cell can descend but say like only under the requirements before he goes perfect cell... like if the patch 1.3 said he needs 10,000,000 for perfect cell... once he gets it he cannot descend.
make sense? did i clear things up for you now?

as for realism of following the storyline and gameplay purposes my theory is justified to the correctness and fairness for all (seeing how u do have people that put mp_classlimit 1 on).

A funny idea for Evil Buu to decend to Fat buu would him sticking his thumb in his mouth, blowing, and become very very fat, again

If you split evil and good buu, then what would good buu's transformation be? the good side never had any further transformations, unless u wanna copy the evil version which defeats the purpose.

As for Gnosis' animation i kinda like it!

... off topic but, Krillen shaves his head because he is a monk.. and those 6 dots are not from markers but burn scars... he hair because he stopped shaving his head.. though we never see him shave it in the first place..

and what does mp_classlimit do?

mp_classlimit limits how many of each character is allowed, by having mp_classlimit 1 there will only be one of each character.

LOL, thats a sweet idea if Buu could descend, i guess they could just make the Thin Buu model stretch/widen and then switch the models quickly back to Fat Buu.

And GT = Grand Tour, referring to the tour around the universe they take to recover the BS Dragonballs (BS seems appropriate).

I know...thats why i've put it under Pre-Dragonball on the list. Kami was always there from the start of Dragonball, but goku doesn't meet him until near the end.
