Deleting part of a model.

Well, I'm editing a model, and I want to remove one part of it. But when I try, it usually removes another part that I don't want to remove. What's up?

If you have it set so it automatically mirrors it thatll happen.

If you are using milkshape go to groups and select the part you want to delete

First, you could start telling what modelling program you are using? It would help a lot, to explain.

Show us the model and what you are trying to delete.

a pic isnt really nessecary but basicly just, select the polys and hit delete..
