Dedication Server Help!

uh Hello

my problem here is the dedication server is so slow. everybody is getting lag
even me sometimes like from 56 ping to 1353 sometimes then drop back down and then go back up(latency). can any1 help me?
im sry if i have bad english

Spec:
Shaw cable
Althon AMD 2.5+
Asus ati 9600 XT
1g ram

This is probably due to your server settings and maybe your connection.

What connection are you on?

fixed it cuz im starting ded server and joing in with the same machine.
anyway i got 1 more question..

how do i set all character on each side?

Allow free for all in options when you setup the server
