Dedicated Server and WON help

Okie dokie.

So I have DSL, and I use Steam to play ESF. The problem is, I have several friends who use WON, and I can't host a dedicated server for them.

I'd like to be able to install to both Steam AND Won, so I can play on both and host a server on either I choose, but I'm not entirely sure how to do it.

Any help would be appreciated by me and like...seven whiney guys.

as a postnote, I know it may be, no, definitely is, a stupid question, but is there a way, while hosting a dedicated server, to change the power levels of some players? I haven't seen a command for it, and for a few reasons I'd like to have the option available while hosting for just my friends (no point it doing it just to screw with the play in the server) (nevermind...no such thing huh)

Simply install to Both WON and Steam, however running a Steam Dedicated server requires the Dedicated server files to be downloaded, you can get them from the my games list.

You can also run both together but it might lag :/

What I'm trying to do is have, on my computer, the ability to play on Steam, AND the ability to play on WON, as I choose. I installed HL, then got steam, put ESF on steam. The I "reinstalled" HL and installed ESF to the non-steam version.

Nowwwwwww then. The Dedicated servers!

I installed the Steam one no problem, but the WON version is more tricky, and I dunno how to get it to start, because the shortcut points to steam, and I don't know where I SHOULD point it.
