Thread starter said nothing about his parent's not allowing it, only that him and his brother made an agreement. That is all, he can break the agreement if he wants and not get introuble, I dunno how a parent needs to be around when the play the game.....sounds very strange to me, if the parent's don't like the game at all, it shouldn't be even on the PC.

English isn't his first language. Plus, if you are going to tell someone to spell and speak better, don't say "u" and "ur", it kind of defeats the purpose of correcting someone.

*on Topic* If he is 21 he can not legally touch you anymore. Unless its different in other countries. But when you are 18 and older you can no longer hit minors or you go to jail. So if the parent thing doesn't work, call the police and they'll come and punish the crap out of him. Im very proud of you sticking up for yourself. More people need to do it. Im glad you hit him and everything to. And deleting CS was a good idea too. You pwned him. Good job man.

Doubtful, police wouldn't really waste their breath if it is a fight amongst brother, if anything the officer will just tell the older brother to leave till things settle down.

Sensetive may make you look like a dumbass but it doesnt meant youre dumb, you're just willing to express you're feeling because you want to.

Anyway with youre bro, i have those times with my bro. Sometimes hes just cool to talk to and sometimes he's an ass. Anyway like someone said above, if your bro is that old then he should look after u not treat u around badly..

Well, its like everytime.
I sit on my comp and my brother come into my room. He ask me if he could go on the comp for 5 min. (but i think sometimes about it, because he lies.. he say 5 mins. but he sit down for 5 hours.) but i let him sit down for 5 min to check his mail.

im waiting in my room and watch what he´s doing. Then after 5 min. he´s going to stop watching mails.. and he start to turn on MSN to chat with his friends... but luckly no one was online. So i told him to go away... but he didnt! He turned on STEAM and he wanted to play CS. but i promised myself and he hisself that we wont play CS if Mom and Dad wont be at home, cuz Mom and Dad got something against it. But i trow him away from the chair and told him that we had promised it us and you told me 5 min. you´d like to sit down.

Same thing happens to me... without the kicking part cuz it's my sister. And replace CS with Kazaa and surfing the internet...
She says "you're on the computer all day long whenever you want, I just want 5 minutes" then after 30 minutes (telling her 6 times that 5 minutes has passed...) she goes "just let me hear that song" (and that other song after that...*repeat*) so when she leaves the comp its like 1 am and I have to go to bed like 3-4 am every day....

Anyway... you did the right thing imo (telling from what I could read j/k)
