Cvar: "CeaseFire" Isn't working

The cease fire cvar doesnt work. All it does is just turn off melee, but still leaves the other attacks to use. We already have a melee cvar that does this.

What I suggest is this:
When the cease fire is 0, the game takes away all the attacks (like when your immune at starting). This is to show you that you can't attack.
If the person is respawning, just make it so that the game will refuse to give attacks until the cvar is turned to 1.
Then when it turns back to 1, the game will scan your character and give the weapons back.

mp_cease_fire is supposed to stop attacks from doing damage, not remove them from players.

Then how are people supposed to know that there has been a cease fire called?
