Can someone please tell me how to make the Capture the Dragon Ball mode work. I mean in my CTDB there are no such things as dragonballs. And on top of that a glitch occurs and some of my characters selectable attacks including melee don't work anymore. Please help. I have 1.2.3.

umm probally a server cvar you edited that you shouldnt have. As for the dragonballs, not all the dragonballs are on all of the maps. Look for a map with dragonballs on it. Like several homemade maps are.

melee glitch is in software mode , switch to a differ gfx mode (opengl) do u get lines and so on and u see textures flash black and so on , then it's obvious that u r running it on software mode
