Cs 1.6 dedicated server

guys i need help for cs server.I made CS 1.6 dedicated server with admin and statsme mod but my friends can't enter(getting error "failed to connect to server").How to fix this?Or how to make non-dedicated server?

I was reading that somewhere and now i think that may be the problem.BUt how can I make my ports to be forwarded?

EDIT: i am following this tutorial http://www.cstrike-planet.com/tutorial/1-Windows-Install-CS-16/4 and i finish it and now i should start my server via Console.And at the "-port" command should i type another port or i should go by deafult(27015)

EDIT2: I finish it but noone can't test it now and there is 0 players so i still don't know if it works.Anyway if you want to check >192.168.1.2:23980<

lol. That's the problem. Your giving them the wrong IP.

192.168.x.x is ALWAYS your LAN ip, not an online ip.

Yeah I understand that my self before reading it here but i never tried with my friend(I will try now).But still i got "Invalid CD key" error.I dont know if my friends will have the same problem

EDIT: OK i test it and me and all my friends are getting error massage "Invalid CD key" when trying to connect.HELP!

Are you guys using legit unique cd keys? If you're all using the same cd key from the same cd, that's probably why you can't play online at the same time.

Impossible. Steam would mention it if you use a duplicate key. Invalid means that the key is just... well.. , not valid .

Well then why someone can connect to my server and someone not.And why i can connect to other servers(not all maybe from 5000 i can connect to 1000-2000),but i can't connect to my own server.

I finished my server 1 week ago with admin mod and stats me (amxmodx).Now i am so angry becouse i don't have access to admin's commands.I type admin_login "my pass" and i still can't use any commands.I put this in user.ini in admin mod folder >> MinioN:""my pass":131071 <<
Please help me.

EDIT: When i type command to see what is my access level it says that is "1".WTF???
