crashing server

my proplem is that, i started ESF server today and one person came there. i kicked him and after that he came back and somehow crashed my server... can somebody tell how it can bee done and how it can bee stopped???

Don't kick people without reason? or rather, just ask them nicely to leave whe they are out of the server range?

if he was *****ing though u could use the ban command.

ban him ...
set downloading to 0 (look for it in config.cfg ... I dunno the command now)
