Crashing server

When i join servers from other people they never crash but i crash alot with my server when i create it several people are playing or just 1 and i crash just for nothing and not my server my entire game ?
what is the problem and is there a patch to fix it ?

( ESF Team should make bug fix patches for every game they should have a bugfix team or somethin :x )

have you ran the latest patch 1.2.1 that mite fix your prob only mite also the esf team do have a bug team thats why they brought a fix (patch) the game
