Yeowch...
Yes, this is the reason your map is not compiling correctly.
To go to each brush listed, go to Map -> Go to brush number (Ctrl+Shift+G) and type in the number of the brush listed.
The first few errors, brush outside world, can be solved by simply finding the brush and moving it inside the "world". You can't have objects outside the boundary walls.
The others are going to take some work. I'm not sure if theres a way to salvage an object with a coplanar plane, I just delete them and remake them.
That's probably your best bet.
It's going to be a bit of work, but it's all going to have to be done before your map will compile correctly.

Ok here goes, never use the sky on the world edge in valve hammer, it gives errors, like this one. As for the coplanar things try to fix em with VHE fixer in the find problems option.
