Make it a solid color, and add either an inner or outer glow to it.

Yeah, the 1st one stinks because it's Jin... nah j/k.

A darker purple tint would have looked better with the image, but the font looks good now. 6/10

The second one has definately been improved, and by moving the image closer, it looks better. 7/10

Hmm, is there anyway you could fade the black-ish motion blurred effect?

Also, I'd make the font same light green as Hwo's armor.

Well, with the way the BG is concentrated in certain areas... there is not much you can do, but try to make it darker.

The Hwoarang sig looks great now... 8/10 (Not going to get any higher)

Hmm, the Vegeta sig is a little too dark and saturated, throw a white color layer over it and Overlay it, then if it's too bright, drop the opacity of the white color layer. Also, the font looked better white, with the inner glow effect.
