im gonna try that thing 5 for 1 week 6 for next etc thx.
i know what u mean whitecrab i can life weights quite good but press ups is my negative.i can do sit ups for an unbelieveable amount of time.
but have u tried crunches whitecrab i cant really do these much cus i seem to get a cramp ffeling in my stomach.
whitecrab try crunches instead theyre much better than sit ups if u wanna get a good pac.
just in case u dont know a crunch is like a situp put your hands by your ears just touching them not grabbing them though and move just your stomach up then slowly down.it seems like your hardly moving when doing crunches but believe me after around 20 you get this fliippin rar stomach ache.
btw for any of u who r gonna try crunches dont over do them believe the stomach strain is the worst strain u can get believe me.
