heey, i got an question about the console are there text that increase pl or ki or something that way becayse my brother and i play sometimes on lan ESF and he cry much times that he can not win.
so my idea whas to ask if there whas an option to make his pl higher then me
and that it easier is for him to play against me?

If you're playing ESF 1.2, you need a certain AMXX plugin called ESF Powerlevel Changer in order to change it. In ESF 1.3 (Open Beta) you can do it with a command. first type sv_cheats 1 and then type powerlevel "desired amount", without the quotes.

Probably because ur playing 1.2.3, the "powerlevel" command is only for Open Beta 1.3, if you wanna change ur PL in 1.2.3 you must get AMXX and a powerlevel changer plugin

The "disappear" problem is regarding your language of your keyboard. It's a well known problem with Half-Life which valve/steam failed to fix. I can't remember how to fix it, but just press o (oh - not zero) first and then use backspace and enter the command you wish to use.

If you are using that pluggin the command is "esf_powerlevel" not "powerlevel"
