console

[ACID{NoJoKe}]

my console doesnt seem to come down. and everytime i log into a server, i crash to desktop, anyone know how to fix it?
edit: also, i cant turn ssj

A.) Make sure you have half life version 1.1.1.0 installed.
B.) Make sure you downloaded Beta 1.0 and not Alpha 2.0
C.) Worst comes to worst, you might want to reinstall one or the other.

if it crashes, make sure you have your video mode OFF of software mode, go into esf, go to "configurations--->video---->video modes" and set it to OpenGL or direct 3d, and to go ssj, make sure your CF bar is full, without having turbo on, and pres the transform button (z by default)
and to get console, make sure this is in your HL, or esf shortcut(or whatever you use to get to esf)
