lol, that was something I considered. Since no one mentioned in the concept though I thought it was fine =P
I was thinking about making that area blue yesterday though, so I'll try that and see how it looks. Or make it an alternate texture version.

Lesson Learnt So Far - Model the head first, because man oh man, you guys
don't even want to see how it looks so far *hurls*. Don't know if I'll be able to
pull a finishing move on this comp because of it. We shall see..

Finished with the texturing, and I changed up that issue with the stomach skin. Well, off to start another model . . . er, I mean time to get to rigging it for the final render >_>;

i dont remember lucca having a hammer.

she didnt use it as her weapon, but she whipped out the hammer several times in the game, i can only remember 2 of which tho =P

when repairing robo after that factory place, and in the beginning when that machine she and her dad made starts to go bonkers

She used it in Melee combat. When you were too close to shoot an enemy she would knock the crap out of with the hammer, as well as fixing up Robo and so on.

Finished my final render up. Not much of a background, or photoshopping job, but I'm happy with the pose. 2 Lights, red and blue with ray traced shadowing on.
Now the only thing left is to wait ^^
