I think that when your hit by melee and they were infront of you and they didnt target you they should do combos


Another idea is when you "perfected" a form instead of instent make the saiyans just like ydo the end part of their transformation

what do you think?

Well, the team plans on adding more advanced melee stuff in later releases. Your idea for melee does sound good, i'm curious what the team has in store.

The whole point of the perfect transformation is so it doesnt take any time at all. Because don't you hate it when you are trying to transform and someone smacks you in the middle of it. That's the point of the perfect transformation.

But its still a shame that when you get strong you miss the whole scene that comes with transforming when you're weak

Yeah and you should only be able to target people from a certain distance

thats why the melee engine is not done!


most of the really cool stuff isnt done or being coded yet

As much as I hate to be meleed while transforming I really love just hearing and seeing characters transform instead of them just doing there perfect transforming.

Good as it is now because both are fine with me, plus if they didn’t have a perfect transformation, getting to the next level probably isn’t possible until they perfect the one that they are in currently. So I can see the point of a perfect transformation more now if that is the way they are making it.

Frankly, I wouldn't get your hopes up. Ping is such an important factor as it is now. Imagine trying to play a fighting game with a 150 ping against someone with a 30. The human reflex could only make up for so much of that. If ping is as crucial as it is now, I think it'd be highly impracticable and playable to be able to sustain combo's. Maybe if they're already mapped out, where like you swoop at someone and instead of the norm we have now, an animation is played out of the combo. Might add a little spice, but I don't think you'll see punch, kick, and throw buttons like a traditional fighter, as great as that'd be.
