It IS from Super Smash Bros. (N64). The reason it looks so crappy is because the image was ripped from the game... Or, first it was ripped, and then the author integrated it very badly, causing it to look so messed up.

No guys, I played all the super mario games, and where that 3d yoshi is from that Baby Game Yoshi for 64. IT IS NOT MARIO 64, OR SUPER SMASH BROTHER!.
