www.animenation.com gets my vote, they stock EVERYTHING, cheap prices, cheap and fast delivery.

You see the problem with looking for cheap anime is that you are going to get one of two things. Either good cheap bootleg anime or terrible cheap bootleg anime, usually its the latter.
Here is an example of bootleg from one of the above mentioned stores to buy anime from. Note that these examples of bootlegs all seem to be imports, and not domestic.

There are a number of way to tell if you are looking at a bootleg or not.
1. The price.
A 13 episode box set of Hellsing sells for around $112. If you are looking at prices much lower, such as the listed amount at www.animetoxic.com of $20, then its a bootleg.
2. Look at the region.
If the DVD's are region free more than likely it is bootleg.
3. Subtitles/Audio.
If the audio is Japanese with English and Chinese subtitles then chances are it is but not always a bootleg. These are usually the ones with terrible English subtitles, so bad in fact you cant understand what they are trying to say.
4. Number of DVD's in a box set.
If you are looking at a box set for a 13 episode series then there should be no less than 3 DVD in the set. 26 episode series are any where from 6 - 8 DVD's a box set usually.
5. Manufacturer.
If you don't see a manufacturers name any where on the DVD again chances are it is a bootleg.
If you don't care about getting what you pay for then hit ebay up for a huge selection of bootleg anime.
Oh btw http://www.animenation.com/ looks to be a seller of legit anime. http://www.amazon.com/ is also a great place to buy anime. I have bought Now and Then, Here and There, Tenchi Muyo OVA, Serial Experiments Lain, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and Key the Metal Idol off of ebay and they were all bootlegs.
Just trying to save you the same headache that I had to deal with from bootlegers.
