Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack
Attack Descriptions

Cosmic Halo-Your basic number 4 move projectile, like a finish buster, charge and shoot, if connected, holds them for 3 secs doing 10 damage per second according to PL. Invulnerable to any attacks during hold. Can move while charging. Animation-Holds one ring around his hand and shoots when desired.
Galactic Donut-Entrapes opponent in 3 rings, holding like a power struggle. Longer charge time but faster. Drains health 5 health per second. Cannot move while charging. Animation-Both hands forward charging 1 ring that is actually 3.
Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack-Equilvilent to Kame Torpedos, impact all at once instead of one by one. Maximum 7. Same charge time as Kame Torpedos. Animation-Like mouth blast, except shoots out a ghost.
I think this is good.. Cosmic Halo and Galactic donut are pretty much the same but I couldnt think of more moves :S
Advantages-The ability to trap someone
Disadvantages-Moves are mostly projectile (No beam moves)
