But Look at Imperfect Cell it's 2x biger then #17 and when Picolo fought Cell Piccolo had been like the same size as Cell Imperfect and as for Perfect Cell should Perfect Cell be bigger then Goku and Piccolo? Since Imperfect Cell was 2 times #17.

Cell was taller then the majority of saiyans as far as I remember, he was taller then Trunks when they fought (although Trunks was bulky and bigger, not taller. I would assume Trunks as USSJ would be as big and bulky as semi-perfect cell in comparision, if not bigger). He was taller then Gohan, Vegeta and Goku aswell. How tall a character is has been stated before in some games.

I was just thinking about Cell size because I think Cell size was realy change in DBZ if he will have o keep his size he will be 2x biger then Picolo,since Normal Cell size was the same as Picolo size, i don't have anypic but i think some of you can add
