cell should have a unike attack

well in my opinion cell is not a good character true he has a lot of attacks but none are realy his
i'm no cell fan but i think he should get the drain attack with his tail (like buus cookie attack)
so tell me ur critics or just what u think

it's been suggested thousand times before

- it would need time to code/ sound/ animate/ test it
- it wouldn't really look good with HL possibilities
- it would have to be a very very close range attack
- what should the victim be able to ??? nothing ??? make it a close ranged instakill ???
