I know this is easy to do, but im gonna make a cel shaded cs pack. I dont know why, but im bored. I used the cel shading tut from this site called poly something..
EDIT for some reason it doesnt look cel shaded in-game.. I think im doin somethin wrong in the .qc file.. or not saving something right.. hmm
