CD Key

It seems someone has managed to either guess my cd key or has just stolen it, because the one I have doesn't work and is apparently a duplicate copy. Anybody got an idea as to what I can do?

if you mean with steam? i have heard ppl say that u need to look on there site or sumthing...or you can just buy a new half life

I had the same problem..do you have more than one account with steam?
I did because I thought my other account wasn't working for some reason and I made a 2nd and I had the same problem.

Check out the steam site if possible.

Worse comes to worse you gotta buy Half Life again.

I had same prob, and steam are the f-bombs, don't waste your time, just pick up another half life for 10/20$

Well odds are you'll have to mail your halflife cd cover (the one that has the cd key on it) and the people who run steam should be able to take care of it. It worked for me but you'd better check the steam site anyways to make sure they didn't change stuff.
