cant move NOT STEAM RELATED

ive went maybe a month without playing esf, havent installed any new HL mods, havent done anything to anything half life with the exception of models,

now when i enter a game, my character is slightly off the ground, and when i try to walk forward he slides, very slowly that direction, i can use the wasd keys to change direction, but i keep moving that slow and no animation other than the standard idle stance is shown,

if i can manage to leave the ground i either keep moving up (when i jump)

or

start doing the same thing just in mid air, (when i teleport)

i can still do attacks, (the force of an explosion pushing me backwards is my only means of moving faster than a snail)


all my key binds are still in place, so i dont know what the **** it is,

(i dont even play esf but to test out models, but id like to have it working properly when i d0)











i know its not steam related, cuz i dont have it installed

I think ive seen somone else with that problem, it looks hilarious, they charge and arrive at you about 10 minutes later. I think it happened to me once as well, i hit random buttons and it was fixed somehow.

well, they could do more than i could then,

anyways i fixed the problem reinstalling works wonders,

i dont know what i did to alter the files, i havent even played esf in a month,

now i hafta reinstall EEA, bleh
