Can't install

Hi there it seems i can't install ESF 1.2 i tried everything first i installed it to the map:

c:\SIERRA\HALF-LIFE\ESF

after a while its copying the file: null_hill256_bk.tga then it freezes after that it says my harddisk is full but it isn't it has 20 gb left on c: \ and 40 on d: \ also the same problem is on d: \
plz help me

Have you tried redownloading the installer incase yours got corrupted?

Try a scan disk if its not working, again it might be a corrupt installer.

Scan disk seems to fix most problems with HL though D:
