can't dl b1.1 patch

i think there should be more and better mirrors for b1.1 patch coz none of the mirrors at the mo work with me. my internet is a 56k but the bt connection we got automatically disconnects after 2 hours while the dl would take more than 2 hours. i can't use fileplanet coz it won't allow me to resume dl, and gamersHELL on either dl area, uses default dl thing, which doesn't hav a resume, or the other one won't acept the connection to my current dl programme.
don't bother tellin me to get broadband, coz i can't get it here where i live in uk (the country).
