Can't conect to a particular server.

Are you using version 1.2.3 of ESF? Yes

Are you trying to run any ESF add-ons? No

Details:
Not a big problem but it seems that one particular server is the most popular but its the only one I can't join. It just keeps retrying connection until it reaches 4. I am using steam, a legit copy of half life

From what I can see that server had the ECX mod on it and you said you haven't modded so you're incompatible.

Well it seems like my friend connected without a problem and downloaded things upon joining. (not to argue) Is there possibly another way to solve the issue? It would just kick me from the server if I was incompatible wouldn't it? It seems like its not able to connect to the server period. It gives me this when I try to conenct

Yes its the only one. How would I go about checking that and disabling it?
