Can't become a admin in my own server

Ey,

I made my own Dedicated server only the problem is that i cant become a admin in my own server, i tried several things, i tried to add my player name my steam name my steam id me IP adres in the Users.ini file but i still aint a admin.

Can someone explain to me how i can fix it.

Use the first line above, and replace the steamID with your own, and you'll have access on your server at reboot.

i already tried that but it doesnt work i cant kick somebody and i dont have acces to the AMX_ commands.

alright it worked

But can someone tell me why my server stands still every 10 minuts for 15 secs if that happens nobody can move, and it looks like the server is shutdown.

Huge Lag / CPU Usage... ECX has that kind of effect with a lot of people.
