Oh you ment in the open beta.

Yea that one is special.

Only the open beta christmass release had 2 maps that supported CTDB.

You needed to bring all the dragonballs to the dragonball capture zones before you could make a wish.

But why bother with dragonballs if you are using the open beta. Since the open beta is a public bug test version it has a powerlevel command ^^

Just do sv_cheats 1 into the console and make a server. Then in the map simply do powerlevel X where X is the number you want.

Press ~ (top left of your keyboard), left from the number 1 button (below ESC).

type in:
sv_cheats 1

Then type in:
restart

then press ~ again to launch the console again and type in:

powerlevel xxxx

where xx is the number of the powerlevel you want to have.

This only works with the open beta. So dont try to use it with any other version.
