You can add a bot, but doing so will cause the game to crash.

There are no functioning bots in the Open Beta. It states this before you download it afaik.

Yeah the dragon ball don't appear on all maps.
It's appear on esf_city.

You need to understand; ESF 1.3 Open Beta was created for testing purposes and searching for bugs only. If you want to play the game properly, either get 1.2.3 or wait for ESF:Final. You will have a hard time playing the Open Beta and have fun at the same time.
